Retruns & Refund Policy
- At Overload Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before proceeding.
- We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days (3 Weeks) after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@overloadclothing.com. So we can send you the return process and your reason for return and images if needed (If there are defects).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with the swing tag attached, and in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Ensure the swing tag is still attached.
Provide clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item along with your order number. - send this too info@overloadclothing.com along with you reason to return and we will create the return slip.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or any items they are being sent after 21 days after receiving. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Order Delivery - "Partially Shipped"
If your order will arrive in multiple shipments, once one of those shipments has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Partially Shipped."
Order Returned - "Returned"
It takes up to 2 weeks to process a return and credit your credit card account. Once your order has been returned and processed, the order status will show "Returned." We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
International Orders
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. To check the status of an order, check the Order Details page.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
